Throat Piss – A mission set forth to determine why you shouldn’t put a saxophone in your sludge band: Throat Piss takes the stage in the midst of crowd murmurs. Faintly exasperated concert goers exclaim under their breath, “I didn’t know there was a ska band on this lineup!” The deep undercurrent of blistering, low-end guitar, filled out like a supercell storm by pitch shifted, growling saxophone, driven straight to hell by unrelenting, primal drums, perfectly complemented by the feral yowls of devil-cat vocals hits the unsuspecting crowd as a coup de grâce.
